If a day is greyed out on the calendar the bike is booked out.

Bikes can be booked on the website a minimum of 48 hours in advance. If you need a rental sooner than 48 hours or even day of, please feel free to call us at 865-257-9390 so we can check availability and book your rental if availability permits.  

You are liable for damage to the bike during your rental. We offer a $30 Rental Insurance that will cover damage to the bike.

Our bikes are fresh and well maintained. Let us know your weight and riding ability and we will help set sag before the start of the day. 

Cancellations - 48 Hour prior to booking for full refund. 50% Refund within 48 Hours. We have limited availability and strive to give everyone a fair opportunity.
