She doesn’t play with toys like my other dogs so I do make an effort to offer her other outlets to get energy out. I have another dog that has a low tolerance for challenges and walks away from it or tries to chew through it- so I think the level 2 rating is fair as every dog is different! My dogs are 12 lb for reference.
