Up for sale is one pack of 100 Wild Purple Coleus seeds (Perilla frutescens). Technically an annual herb Wild Purple Coleus is very hard in the garden and unlike other coleus will tolerate full sun along with high heat and humidity which makes them one of our favorite ornamentals in hot and humid zone 7. A very full ornamental to fill out your garden bed, these have very dark purple leaves and will generate a spray of pink flowers during the late summer from the top of the plant.We offer flat rate combined shipping on all orders, no limit on the amount or type of seed packets.

You can start these early in trays or pots about 10 weeks before your last frost. You can also direct seed in your garden after your last frost.
These need light to germinate so in pots sow on the surface of your potting material and cover thinly with sand or vermiculite. In the garden, after your last frost in the spring, evenly spread using the shaker method and lightly dust with a very light dusting of peat.
These do tend to self seed so avoid unwanted seeding trim the light pink flower stalk on top of the plant after the flowers are spent (usually in late summer).

Cute but disappointing

One of my dogs love these however they are far from indestructible. Two days after giving the teddy to him, the tail of the teddy is off and there is a rip by one of the arms. They are very cute teddies but not for heavy chewers as they will only last a few days.

Our Pit Bull’s Favorite Toy!

We absolutely love this MAXBECK bear toy! We’ve ordered it 4 times over the last 8 months because our senior pit bull is obsessed with his “babies.” He always has one close to him and even cuddles with them.
The material is very sturdy and holds up amazingly well even with rough play. My dog’s favorite part is the squeaker. What I love most is that even after he finally tears into it, the rope built inside becomes a whole second toy for him and keeps the fun going.
If you have a heavy chewer who destroys toys quickly, this one is definitely worth trying!
