When harvesting leaves, it’s best to remove entire leaflets or cut back 3-4” of top leaf growth to encourage many side leaf shoots to develop, promoting a bushy growth habit. Small, white, fragrant flowers produce viable seeds inside the mature black fruits. Curry Leaf is easy-to-grow in a container, and it’s highly prized by both the gardener and the chef.
