One serving or our Plant-Based Fiber Complex contains a total of 7 grams of fiber from both soluble and insoluble sources to provide bulk-forming support to the bowel and promote healthy digestive regularity.* Additional support is provided for colon health and detoxification with digestive enzymes, gut-friendly botanicals, vegetables, prebiotics, and probiotics.* The pleasant, neutral taste of our Plant-Based Fiber Complex mixes well with water or a variety of beverages.
One 10 gram scoop provides 9.73 g Plant Fiber Complex (Oat fiber, apple fiber, rice bran, apple pectin [fruit]) and 118 mg Colon Support Complex (Fennel [seed], prune, kelp [whole plant], parsley [aerial parts], carrot [root], broccoli [head], cabbage [head], Lactobacillus acidophilus, vegetarian enzyme blend [protease, amylase, lipase, cellulase]).
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, add one scoop (included in can) to a full glass of water or beverage of your choice. Mix well by stirring, blending or shaking and drink immediately. Store in a cool, dry place. This container is filled by weight, not volume, and some settling may occur.
Begin usage gradually to allow your system to adjust to the increase of fiber in your diet.
