Formerly called murorum, this plant and several other varietals were reclassified as latifolias. This varietal is much larger than others, and grows caulescently (long stem). Leaves have a beautiful gray color and are densely covered in trichomes. Unlike other forms, this one does not produce pseudoviviparous pups (pups on bloomspike)
