Great Taste and Mixes in Water Well
I’ve been using this magnesium citrate powder for a little while now, and overall it’s been a positive experience. One of the standout aspects is how well it mixes. It dissolves easily in water with minimal residue, which makes it much more convenient compared to some other powdered supplements I’ve tried. The citrus berry flavor is also quite good: light, slightly sweet, and easy to drink without being overpowering. The powder format makes it simple to adjust how you take it (more or less water, etc.), and I didn’t notice any strong aftertaste. From a general usability standpoint, this checks the boxes I look for in a supplement: good taste, easy mixing, and consistent quality. Thorne also has a strong reputation, and this product feels in line with that in terms of formulation and overall experience. As with any supplement, individual experiences can vary, but from a taste, mixability, and convenience perspective, this has worked well for me. Overall, this is a solid option if you’re looking for a magnesium citrate powder that’s easy to take on a regular basis.

Great Magnesium Blend That Actually Works

This Magnesium Is Worth It!

Life Extension is a quality company, and this Magnesium is very good.
I have been taking it for maybe a year, and it helps me steer clear of debilitating nightly leg cramps, and also helps my digestion from getting sluggish.
I don't really see any reason to change brands, because I trust Life Extension to deliver a high-quality product, so I'm just gonna stick with it. Recommended!

Truly a miracle worker!!

Only one capsule per day

You need to be careful when comparing vitamins and supplements anywhere you choose to buy them because although they will advertise 500mg,for instance, some you need to take two tablet to get that 500mg. I think that is a little shady and makes it harder to compare. I chose to go with the 1 capsule equals one dose brands. It just makes me trust them more. This is one of those brands. I actually have only been taking them for a week or two but if they were not 500mg and a good quality magnesium my body would tell me in just a few days. These have been working fine for my sleep and nerve pain so i do recommend them. There is only one con I would have yo say that I wish they would specify what percentage of which type of magnesium this is. Most likely the oxide at this price but it just would be nice to know. I have the subscribe and save so plan on sticking with it. Good price and it is what they tell me it us plus only one per day. Nice find.
