If you are ordering during colder months, please consider purchasing a heat pack to protect your plant in transit. Heat packs are available in my shop and are highly recommended for temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
Important Shipping & Care Information:
• You will receive a live, fresh cutting that is hand-selected and carefully packaged.
• Plants may show minor signs of stress during shipping, including slight yellowing or the loss of a leaf or two—this is completely normal.
• Upon arrival, unwrap your plant, place it in water or moist soil, and allow it time to acclimate to its new environment. It may take 1–2 weeks to fully recover from shipping stress.
• Track your shipment closely. We are not responsible for damage caused by delays or being left in extreme temperatures.
Customer Satisfaction:
If your plant arrives with a significant issue, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos and a description of the problem. While I cannot accept returns or exchanges once the plant has shipped, I will always do my best to make things right.
