Description

Small pod, huge personality. Thai Bird’s Eye, known as Prik Kee Noo, delivers a piercing, citrusy heat with bright notes of lime leaf, garlic, and green mango. The burn rises fast and clean, then lingers just long enough to light up curries, som tam, larb, and chili fish sauce without masking the dish’s freshness.

The plants are compact and intensely productive, usually 18 to 30 inches tall with a dense, upright habit that loads every node with blossoms and fruit. Glossy green foliage frames clusters of slender, tapered pods that point skyward for easy picking. Pods average 1 to 1½ inches, thin walled and smooth, maturing from deep green to a vivid, lacquer red. Those thin walls dry quickly for pristine flakes and powder, and the plant’s continuous set keeps harvests coming all season.

Taste a ripe pod and you get fresh chili aroma first, then a sharp, focused heat that lifts rather than muddies. In the kitchen, a few pods pounded into a paste become the backbone of nam prik and curry bases, sliced rings wake up noodle soups and stir fries, and whole pods infuse oils and vinegars for table condiments. Dried, they grind into a bright red seasoning perfect for chili crisp, spice blends, and finishing salts.

Rooted in Thai home gardens and market cooking, Bird’s Eye is a cornerstone Capsicum annuum selected for reliability, quick drying pods, and a heat profile chefs trust. Grow it for non stop harvests, authentic flavor, and the brilliant color that turns everyday meals into restaurant caliber favorites.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Easy to use and produces vibrant prints
This Hiipoo sublimation ink has been a fantastic upgrade for my EcoTank printer. The autofill bottles fit perfectly into the ink tanks - no syringes, no mess, and no wasted ink. Refilling is quick and hassle-free, which makes the whole process so much easier. The print quality is excellent. Colors come out bright, vivid, and crisp with great saturation and no fading. It transfers beautifully onto mugs, T-shirts, and tumblers, drying fast without smudges. I really appreciate that it works ICC-free, yet still delivers professional results. The ink is certified and feels reliable, and I’ve had zero clogging issues. Overall, this is a high-quality, easy-to-use sublimation ink that’s perfect for both hobby projects and small business use. Definitely recommend for anyone doing heat transfer printing.

Only Sublimation Ink for Me!!
I recently bought my second set of Hippo Sublimation Ink and continue to be thrilled with the results. This ink has proven to be a fantastic choice for my sublimation projects, delivering on all fronts. Hippo Sublimation Ink works exactly as promised. It sublimates effortlessly onto poly blend items, producing bright, vivid transfers every time. The colors are striking and true to the design, which is crucial for quality sublimation work. The results are consistently impressive, making this ink a reliable option for any project. One of the standout features is the great price. Hippo Sublimation Ink offers excellent value for money compared to other brands. Despite its affordability, it performs just as well—if not better—than more expensive options on the market. Using Hippo Ink in my Epson printer has been a breeze. The ink flows smoothly and doesn’t clog the printer, even after not being used for two weeks!!! I’ve had issues with other brands clogging my printer, leading to frustration and wasted time, not to mention all the maintenance puts wear and tear on the printer. With Hippo, there’s been no such problem, making it a hassle-free choice for sublimation printing. Hippo Sublimation Ink has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance, price, and ease of use. It’s the only ink I will use in my printer from now on. If you’re looking for a high-quality sublimation ink that’s both affordable and reliable, Hippo is an excellent choice. It delivers bright, beautiful transfers and maintains smooth operation without any of the typical issues associated with other brands. Highly recommended!
