It is preferable that the soil does not contain much organic material, such as peat moss and that the plant is not fertilized with heavy nitrogen as this can cause an explosion of soft, flabby growth that can make the plant prone to bacterial rots. Decomposed granite is often an excellent media as it has many trace minerals and is similar to the South African quartz fields where these and others of the "Stone Mimicry" are found growing. A freaky adolescent rush of fun and horror
Format: Kindle
This is a series that wears it's inspirations proudly on it's sleeve (mainly the early aughts toonami block) and isn't afraid to show how much it loves them. The amazing creature visuals are perfect amounts of gorgeous and grotesque, complimented wonderfully by these quiet slice of life scenes that feel intimate and human.

A Experience to Be Read
Format: Paperback
I bought the first issue when the series debuted but couldn't afford to continue. So I'm glad I found this volume 1 trade paperback.
On first read, it has a few inspirations from Japanese manga from panel layouts to manga/anime character tropes. That being the case, it carves its own identity as a romance story between a normal orphan boy and a centuries old vampire and their daily lives in an alternate history USA.
I like mash-up of different cultures from German and Japanese to Spanish and English including the music, the written languages, and other aspects.
Nights has a vibe not everyone will like off bat, but I'll will vouch that anyone should give it a try.

Overwhelming Great!

This was mind blowingly good. Haven’t read anything in a long time where every character’s backstory was so well written and interesting. The story rocks, it’s almost overwhelming. I will be on the hunt for the individual issues because there’s no way I’m waiting for the next trade paperback.
