- Compact: The full sized running surface is delivered with an ultra compact footprint that emphasizes the user experience. The elegant low profile hood design provides an unobstructed path for the user’s stride which maximizes the usable running area.
- Durable: The 3.0 HP motor with PWM control combines with rugged 3.0” diameter rollers to provide exceptionally smooth and reliable operation at all speeds. The waxed-marine hardwood deck is double sided for extended life and needs no external lubrication.
- Comfort: Our Intelligent Suspension 3 (IS3) deck suspension system flexes primarily at the point of impact, absorbing shock where it occurs to provide an exceptionally comfortable experience unlike the traditional floating decks which indiscriminately give way and cause instability in a runner’s stride. The dual-level design of the base lets you see IS3 at work.
- Convenience: The streamlined operation of the display provides direct use of Quick Start and intuitive access to the nine available programs. The Cool Down feature presents a two-minute cool down at the press of the button. The dual water bottle holder and utility tray keep everything at your fingertips.

Almost perfect

Stainless steel. Holds a large quantity of milk (enough for two). Works well with alternative milks. Easy to clean. Easy set up and instructions. Frothing, heating, cold foam, and hot chocolate options. Perfect temp.
Not 5 stars because of the constant high pitched squeel sound it makes. Almost enough to make me return it!

Hot cocoa every morning!

I absolutely love this machine. I make my hot cocoa every morning with it. It is so easy you just put the milk in and high-quality hot chocolate mix. Push the button and then it just whips it up and gives it a little bit of a froth on the top when it’s finished. It’s so fast and easy.
It would be a great gift for anybody that likes hot chocolate.

Check your milk preference when buying this unit. Product Does not last

I purchased this frother in mid Oct and less than 90 days later, it's no longer working. The wisk does not spin, and the element does not heat the milk. I am currently working with customer support on a refund / replacement, but so far not happy. I've been told it does not work with 2% organic milk and that I need to switch to whole milk, which will solve my issues. Not sure how whole milk will help with the heating element? This was not disclosed when I purchased the unit. If I had known my milk choice would impact the frother, I would have chosen another brand or product. I like the unit, it's compact, easy to clean, but it did not last.

Great Quality
I wasn't expecting it to be such good quality! The bowl and holder are a thick material and feel very sturdy. The bamboo mixer and scoop are also very nice. Can't want to use it! PSA soak the bamboo mixer in hot water for a few minutes to soften the bristles to mix better and last longer!
