I bought this for my service dog to lay on in restaurants, etc. It's super thick and soft. I cut it in half and I'm using the other half for my dog to lay on in the car.
Excellent quality and I love the carry strap.

Comfortable and thick mat thatβs great for workouts at home

I picked up this Amazon Basics extra thick exercise mat for home workouts, and itβs been a solid addition. The thickness is the first thing you noticeβit provides good cushioning, especially for exercises where youβre on your knees, elbows, or back.
The surface has enough grip to keep you from slipping during most movements, whether you're doing stretching, core work, or basic workouts. It also stays in place pretty well on the floor without sliding around too much.
The mat rolls out flat easily and comes with a strap, which makes it convenient to store or carry if needed. Itβs lightweight enough to move around but still feels durable.
Itβs not a high-end studio mat, but for everyday workouts at home, it does exactly what you need it to do.

Maximum joint comfort and durability

I absolutely loved the color, and it offers incredible cushioning without sacrificing stability during balance poses. It is dense, doesn't lose its shape, and springs back instantly. The materials are high-quality, and it doesn't have that strong plastic smell that others often have. It is worth every penny for the comfort it provides.

PLUSH! Fabulous yoga mat!

SO comfortable! It feels like a soft memory foam padding. I use it for several exercise classes and it is great for all of my needs! I love the strap it comes with to keep it rolled up in between classes and the ability to carry it anywhere.
