Eufy l50 SES

Works great, easy to setup. It's my second unit for the basement level. Picks up all the fur from a large Rottweiler and a small Rat Terrier.

Not worth it
Style: L50 SES
Worked great for 5 months and then the WiFi connectivity stopped working rendering the vacuum useless. Because itโs refurbished it was past its warranty and the company refused to do anything about it other than offer a discount on a product that cost four times as much even after the discount.

Great vacuum, but it only works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
Style: L50 SES
I missed the last line on the description that states in only works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. I have AT&T fiber and the router they installed only runs on 5.0 GHz. The vacuum still works, but without all of the fancy conveniences. Just be aware of this and if you are not familiar with what it means, check before you purchase one. This is the only reason I am giving it a 4 and not a 5. It is my fault for missing it, so just be aware.

Great vacuum!!
Style: L50 SES
I love this vacuum. I had to work a little to get the map right for it, but it is great. We have allergies and it helps so much and saves so much time. It does take a while to do the whole house, but I have it programmed to run while we are at work and itโs so nice to come home to a freshly vacuumed house.

Eufy dropped the ball on this vacuum
Style: L50 SES
Iโll start by saying the reason I purchased this vacuum, is because I have a Eufy 25c robot vacuum that is very dependable. I decided I wanted an upgrade because the 25C was great for cleaning, but I had to empty it way too often. I just knew I would love the L50 SES. I thought it was just what I was looking for a self emptying robot vacuum with a 60 day fill capacity. Allowing 2 months before I needed to touch my vacuum. Hereโs where things went wrong. I never got a chance to test the vacuum because it wouldnโt connect to my WiFi and I tried everything. Now this wouldnโt have been a problem if the L50 came with a remote control like the 25C. Unfortunately I had to rely on the App and since the L50 couldnโt connect to my WiFi, I couldnโt control the vacuum. The reason I gave 2 stars is because the customer service at Eufy is awesome. I was given the option to replace the vacuum with a new one but after researching the L50 i decided to return it for a refund. Apparently this model has a defect, because I found so many negative reviews about the same issue with the same model. The thing is I never read reviews because I have a Eufy smart scale, 25C robot vacuum and an Eufy security system and everything works perfectly. So in the end I purchased a Shark Matrix Self emptying robot vacuum and a Shark self emptying stick vacuum. If Sharkโs vacuum preforms well, Eufy might have lost a valued customer. I hope this review helps someone make a informed decision. By the way Eufy self emptying vacuum needs replacement bags and the Shark Matrix robot vacuum doesnโt need bags. I will say the suction and design on the Eufy L50 SES was great.
