30s cocktail dress Vintage 1930s Silk Chiffon Dress

A vintage 30s dress made of floral printed silk chiffon. The full length dress is styled with six pleated accents at the neckline.  The back is cut low and it does up with fourteen self-covered fabric buttons.  The background color of the chiffon is a deep navy blue and the floral pattern, has blue, pink, pale pink, yellow and off-white flowers.  There is no slip with the dress.  The sleeves do up with one snap at the bottom and the original chiffon covered lightweight shoulder pads are still in place.

Sizing: No size is indicated, but the dress should fit a small size - please rely on the following measurements for fit and take into consideration that the dress has to slip over the head and there is no give to the fabric as it is silk chiffon.

Condition:  The dress is in good condition.  - There are two repairs made to the bodice of the dress, these are as follows: A 5 inch seam has been added at the bodice on the right hand side below the row of pleating and some stitching near that same area as well around a flower that measures about an inch.    There is also one small tear at the back in the center of one of the flowers and a few teensy pinholes.  Two of the buttons are quite worn and there is a light brown stain at the back of the dress about 17 inches above the hemline at the right hand seam.
