Here is a circa 1900 two piece ensemble comprised of a skirt and blouse made of very fine lawn cotton. The blouse has a lovely high neck with lace frill.  The collar still has one of its original stays, the other stay is missing.  It does up with 17 small mother of pearl buttons, there is one button missing at the very bottom at the waistline.  It has pin tucks and is beautifully constructed with cut work and a filet lace.  The sleeves have been designed with a slight shoulder puff.


Fabric:  Fine Lawn Cotton with lace Inserts.  Please rely on the following measurements for sizing, remember that you need to be smaller than what is indicated in order for this to fit you, the blouse is meant to hang loosely over the bustline in a blouson fashion and as there is no "give" to fine cotton like this, it should not fit tightly.

Blouse:

Bust:    38

Waist:  28

Shoulders: 15 1/2

Sleeves:  20

Neckline:   13  

Overall Length:  Back (from the shoulder to the bottom - 18 1/2  Front measures - 22 1/2

Skirt: 

Waist:   30 -  it has been altered to make it larger, someone added a piece of grosgrain ribbon to extend it.  Original measurement would be 25"

Hips:     40  should fit loosely

Overall Length: 

Front - 39 

Back - 41 as it dips slightly longer at the back.

Condition of the blouse is very good, just one missing button and collar stay.

Condition of the skirt:  very good - it has been altered to make it larger, someone added a piece of grosgrain ribbons in a v-shape to extend it.  Original measurement would be 25". It has been gently hand washed.

A beautiful outfit for a summer's day, could be used as a wedding outfit as well.

This is a super great dog toy & one of the best we have purchased for miss "destroy the toy" dog! I have an Australian Cattle Dog who has a pretty big chomp reflex. She destroys most all of her ball toys in just a few minutes because she chomps so hard. So far, this is the only "open type" of dog ball toy she has not ruined quickly. It's actually lasted over a year so far! It is showing some wear & tear & a couple ares have almost been chomped through, but that would be expected with the way she chomps on it. I use it only to throw or kick & for her to chase & retrieve. I try not to let her just chew & chomp on it, but that is what she'd really like to do. We play with it all year long, even in the snow. It's fun in winter because it does not sink & get lost in deep snow as quickly as a tennis ball sized toy would. It fills up a bit with snow, but that seems to make it even more fun for my dog. I highly recommend this toy. I just wish JW would offer it in some other brighter colors besides the blue. 01/06/2016 Update: My dog still is playing with this very same Hol-ee Roller X Extreme! I'd bought her a couple of spares but this 1st one is still holding up under her chompers! It's worn looking but has not torn or broke yet. I do not let her just sit and chomp on it though. It used as a retrieving and chasing toy, but she does get a few goods chomps in each time she gets it. We play with this toy basically every single day, so I'd say this is a very durable dog toy and the best one I have bought ! I highly recommend it.
