This fabric is hand block printed using vegetable dyes.  All dyes are derived from plant based materials. Each color requires a separate treatment which involves washing and boiling. After printing, the fabric is finally washed in river waters to bring vibrant colors.  Small smudges and other minor Imperfections are normal and a testimony to the fact it is completely handmade.
