KEY FEATURES:
Custom op-amp: With the LM308 chips being long discontinued and hard to find, we developed a custom op-amp to ensure a dependable supply. Our proprietary design, featuring discrete components, preserves the open, dynamic, and tube-amp feel that made the original Rattler so revered.

Clipping Options: Choose between new symmetrical and original asymmetrical clipping options for distinct feel and saturation profiles.

Mid Boost Footswitch: Use the second footswitch to engage
a mid boost before the Rattler, adding new dimensions to your tone. Don’t think of this as a volume boost but as a tone enhancer!

With the new Rattler, you can enjoy the same fat and creamy distortion as its predecessor, now with enhanced versatility and tonal options. Whether you’re rocking modern or vintage rigs, this devious snake is ready to rattle your audience off their feet!

STARTUP STATE:
By default, your Rattler’s engagement and boost operations are Off when receiving power. To change this, remove the power cable, and while keeping the footswitch(es) you wish to change the state of pressed, reinsert the power cable. To confirm successful change, remove and reinsert power cable. To revert to the previous state, repeat the steps above. The Rattler can be set to any of the following states when powered on:
Rattler Off + Boost Off,  Rattler On+ Boost On,
 Rattler Off + Boost On, Rattler On +Boost Off

has some positives and negatives
The bookcases are very sturdy and look very nice. The instructions are easy to follow and they are good value for money (compared to other prices these days) The negatives are that the back is hard to have on exactly flush as they should be. The back panel is taped together poorly and is the main reason for the panels not lining up. I made it work with some creativity though. My main issue is that one of the main shelves (part 3) had the holes drilled backward and so you had to assemble it with the bare wood facing out. I will paint this to get a close match. You can't replace just one part and I didn't want to return the 80 lb package and go the refund route
